Kuwait Customers
We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Pickup and restocking come at no extra cost to you.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.
To qualify for a return, the item must have been purchased through our website, remain unused, and be returned in its original packaging along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

If Something Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at hello@k-beautykuwait.com along with photos of the product, its packaging, and the shipping label.
Please note: minor cosmetic marks or creasing on the outer packaging can sometimes happen during transit. This is considered normal wear from shipping and does not count as product damage, so it won't qualify for a refund.
Exchanging an Item
Looking to swap your product for something else? The quickest way is to return your current item first. Once we've approved the return, go ahead and place a new order for the item you'd like instead — your refund for the original item will be processed separately.
How Refunds Work
Once your returned item reaches us, our team will inspect it to make sure it meets our return guidelines.
Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method, along with a confirmation email. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to complete the process on their end.
